  • It is my intention to set you up for success and help guide you into your nighttime routine feeling calm and confident.

    I will support you in:

    -Learning the basics of newborn night sleep

    -How to soothe and settle your baby

    -Setting up a night routine to maximize your family’s rest

    -Tips and tricks for feeding your baby at night (breast, bottle, pumping)

  • There is no doubt a newborn will change up everyone’s routine.

    I will support you by:

    -Making sure that you are nourishing your body and mind by replacing lost sleep

    -Waking with your baby. Taking care of feeding, burping and settling

    -Tidying your home and taking care of household tasks. You can rest assured knowing things will be ready for you to start the day new when your family wakes

  • With big responsibilities for feeding and tending to your baby on little sleep, nights can feel very daunting to a new parent.

    I am here to validate feelings and offer an empathetic presence; making these nights feel a little less lonely.

Whether you are brand new to navigating nights with a newborn or a seasoned parent looking to replenish sleep here and there, overnight support is for every family.

Replacing lost sleep is essential, not a luxury.

It is my intention to help families feel confident and calm going into the night, knowing that they can respond to their babies needs, while still getting the rest they require.

Your investment in Overnight SUPPORT is $45.00 per hour & a minimum of 8 hours.
